  • Problem

Educators face unique pressures and demands that can negatively impact their well-being, job satisfaction, and personal happiness. Balancing professional responsibilities with personal health is challenging, leaving little time for reflection and self-care.

    Solution

The Diary Toolkit is a hybrid of a diary and a journal written specifically for those working in the education profession. It is designed to help you press pause and discover new and creative ways to celebrate your achievements.

Underpinned by rigorous academic research, it guides you through creating a well-being routine that slots perfectly into your busy schedule and reflects the ebb and flow of your changing goals.

The Diary Toolkit also offers a comprehensive CPD programme for educators that includes sessions on the benefits of diary-keeping through catharsis, celebration, and perspective using sketch-noting activities; fostering self-care with the #Teacher5aday principles; creating intentional SHOW lists for effective ‘To Do’ planning; managing energy rather than time with reflective activities; prioritising rest with storyboarding and exploring the pillars of rest; and navigating perfectionism in education, concluding with a ‘letter to your future self’ activity.
